He has gone above and beyond to help me achieve my first home. I can honestly say he is genuine and really cares to get the job done. I was going back and forth with the underwriters of the loan. They needed new documents everyday until the day before closing. I also needed ankther inspection. My agent Wayne Collins provided me with a great inspector who took time out his day last minute to get the job done and everything worked out well. Wayne was very supportive and always was there when I had a question.

Anytime we called to look at a house he responded immediately and we typically went to look at the house that day or the next. We put a bid on 2 different homes, each had (what I thought) difficult sellers that were tight on negotiating. Brett did a great job communicating back and forth with the seller's agents and myself during the negotiation process. He also never pressured me into anything I was not comfortable with. He made great suggestions when I asked for his opinion and made me feel extremely confident in the whole process. I ended up walked away from the first home we placed a bid on during the negotiation process (due to a pricing conflict between the seller and I) and Brett completely respected my decision. During the second home's negotiation Brett was very diligent in expressing to the seller's agent my budget/limit. He did an amazing job at negotiating and getting the house for what was in my budget range. He assisted me with any questions during the closing process and even helped call the mortgage company to help push things along. Brett made purchasing a home less stressful and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a young, enthusiastic, well educated/experienced agent!
